Even though we strive to maintain the product information on the site as accurate as possible some errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you of the discrepancy immediately. We assure you that no additional charge will take place unless we have contacted you and received an authorization to process your order.

Product Availability

Nurses-Uniforms.us strives to makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. In-stock items are immediately shipped upon credit approval. If an item you have ordered is not in stock our representatives will contact you by phone or via e-mail to notify you of the possible delay in shipping the order. Please note that special items and custom orders may take longer to manufacture and process.

Cancellations

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipping but may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If the item has already shipped you may return the item to us upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.

Returns

We offer a 30 day money-back-guarantee from the date you receive your order - seven (7) days for watches - on all stock items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. Items returned must be in new condition with original tags attached. Please return the item with its original packaging, if possible. Customized or engraved items cannot be returned.
